Margin optimisation. The Client experienced a significant drop in sales and profitability. One of the reasons were the wrong pricing policy and the margins mechanism. An analysis of the current situation for various market scenarios has been carried out and subsequent improvements identified. The proposed changes were first simulated in the financial model and then implemented as part of the pilot implementation. For the purpose of monitoring the results, changes were made to the controlling system.
