Identifying Client's specific requirements by analyzing existing and future needs (including forecasts, effects of market and technology changes). Identification of new technology parameters and definition of evaluation matrix (costs, CAPEX, risk, integration opportunities, etc.). RFI preparation and identification of potential suppliers (Poland, abroad). Preparation of tender documents, support in choosing most attractive suppliers.
Technology evaluation
Technical and technological assessments from different angles - level of technology advancement, production costs (technical costs of production), replacement costs (including valuation). Comparison of Client's technology vs. competitors' technologies.
New technology implementations
Supervision and management of the process of purchasing and technology implementation (investor representation). Depending on the complexity of the project, negotiations on behalf of the Client with suppliers, designers and contractors. Schedule monitoring and remedy activities.
